    Within 1–2 business days, I’ll be in touch to discuss your vision for your dream personal stationery.

    We’ll cover:

    • Budget range
    • Timeline + must-haves

  • STEP 02 of 05

    THE PERFECT PROPOSAL

    After we have the details nailed down, I’ll create a tailored proposal based on everything we discussed. Every personal stationery suite is custom quoted and thoughtfully built around your needs — from note pads to custom envelope liners.

    Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive your contract + invoice.

    Signature received? Champagne popped? We’re officially in design mode.

  • STEP 03 of 05

    DESIGN, DARLING

    Concepts + Refinement — This is where the magic happens.

    You’ll receive your first round of design concepts that reflect your personal story, aesthetic, and all the tiny details that make your custom stationery, you. From custom monograms to hand-drawn motifs, everything is intentionally created.

    We’ll refine, tweak, perfect — until it feels like a full-body yes.

    You’ll have structured revision rounds, clear timelines, and a designer who is mildly obsessed with kerning.

  • STEP 04 of 05

    PAPER, BUT MAKE IT LUXURY

    Proofing + Production — Once your design is approved, we move into final proofing and production. Print production takes about 3 weeks from approval to mailing. I coordinate with my trusted printers and specialty artisans to bring your personal stationery suite to life. I oversee the process with them from file submission to inspecting everything when your final pieces arrive back to my studio.

    You approve final proofs before anything goes to print. No surprises. Only perfection.

  • STEP 05 of 05

    ASSEMBLY, MAILING, THE GRAND UNBOXING

    Your finished pieces arrive beautifully packaged and ready to impress.

    From mailbox moment to elevating your home desk, your paper story will feel cohesive, elevated, and unmistakably you.

  • Earlier is always better—good design takes time, and the cherry on top is never rushed.
    We’re currently booking 6 months to a year in advance, but if you’re in a bit of a time crunch, reach out… we just might be able to squeeze you in.

  • Most custom projects take about 6–10 weeks from concept to delivery, depending on complexity and print techniques (letterpress, foil, etc.). Rush options may be available for an additional fee—just ask.

  • To secure your spot, a design retainer is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due prior to production and shipment. Each quote is custom to your needs to pricing will vary for each project!

  • We handle the details so you don’t have to. Professional printing is always included (excluding digital items). Any assembly is thoughtfully scoped during the pricing stage so everything arrives exactly as it should.

  • Our Quick Scoop items are designed to be fast, seamless, and still beautifully refined. Personalized orders are completed within 10–15 business days, with optional proofs available upon request for an additional fee.
